Carmen Noelia is an Actress, Model, and Singer based in New York, NY.

Born in Honolulu, HI and raised in upstate New York, Carmen Noelia was destined to lead a life filled with music & performance. Carmen, aptly meaning “song” in Latin, has since been using music to express her life’s experiences, infusing jazz and R&B to create her unique sound. Carmen credits her father for introducing her to Jazz and the likes of Billie Holiday, Sarah Vaughn, Dinah Washington and Ella Fitzgerald. She began to develop a special connection to these voices and melodies and experimenting with the genre by putting her own spin to the jazz classics.

Carmen moved to Boston to study Voice at Berklee College of Music where she began to showcase her talents at local venues, igniting her love for the stage. Upon graduation she took up residence in New York City and has had the pleasure to perform at Showtime At The Apollo, Mercury Lounge, Rockwood Music Hall, Pianos ,The Nuyorican Poets Cafe, and most recently was apart of The YPO Pittsburgh Jazz production as “Lena Horne”

Carmen later attended Stella Adler Studio and studied under John Korkes and Michael Grenham. There she was able to cultivate her acting chops which landed her a role in Spike Lee’s short film entitled “Be Truly Free”. Since then Carmen has booked commercial work for Google, TBS/LatinX heritage month , iT cosmetics, Harpers Bizarre, Lifetime, and Madam CJ walker to name a few. Carmen loves being a performer/entertainer and is looking forward to forging a path to new and exciting opportunities!
